I thought I’d get these cute, strappy sandals, the Caparros - Zander, to wear to my friends’ wedding reception this Saturday. I bought them in the blue satin silk, but when they arrived in the mail, I was a little disappointed. The blue silk upper was quite lovely, but the sequins didn’t even sparkle. Frankly, the sequins were kind of dull and I had wanted a little ‘bling’ for the upcoming dressy occasion. But I did like the two-and-a-half-inch heel height and adjustable buckled ankle straps. The fit seemed true-to-size. Oh well, nothing’s perfect. Thankfully, Piperlime does almost effortless (pain-free) returns via UPS and UPS comes to my workplace Monday through Friday.

I still don’t know which shoes I’ll be wearing to the party. I guess I should decide which dress to wear first. Or I could decide on the dress after I decide on the shoes. I can’t decide!
