Can one ever have enough mary janes? I don’t think so. I got the Charles by Charles David - Cross, a ballet flat made of patent leather with an elastic mary jane strap, recently. They look cute, right? Regrettably, I have to report that they look awful on my feet! While I have heard that a little bit of toe cleavage is okay between the big toe and the second toe, the vamp on this shoe is cut way too low and revealed the cleavage of all my toes! Can you imagine my little piggies squished into that small vamp area? The picture is too hideous to show here. Did I get a defective pair? Are my toes too long?
