Chinese Laundry Jet Set Two-Band Slide

chineselaundryjetsetI wore these dazzling Chinese Laundry Jet Set slides to my high school class reunion recently. The reunion took place about two miles from where I live now, so I did not jet off to any exotic locale, as the name of the shoe would seem to mandate.

I confidently walked into my reunion, making a sparkling fashion statement in these satin-strapped slides with rhinestone-encrusted buckles. The thing is, no one really looked at my shoes but I felt good, so that was all that mattered. While the 3-inch heels are pretty cute, my toes went numb after standing and dancing for a while. I would recommend them anyway, but only if you plan on sitting most of the night.

    I have the black ones. I forgot to mention that. The picture of the silver shoe was just easier to get.
