I had kept the ‘Jasmine’ from Clarks® Artisan Collection tucked away in its box under my bed, unused, for about eight months, until today. Why had I waited so long to wear them? I was undecided about keeping them because the ankle strap is about one-inch wide and I don’t think they look good on my feet, but they were really comfortable when I tried them on. After spending a lazy afternoon indoors, I needed a little exercise and outdoor refreshment. I decided my philosophy today was, “Screw the looks and embrace comfort.” I took my “new” shoes out for a short stroll around the neighborhood and, boy, did they feel great! Clarks does not skimp on comfort padding, especially with the Artisan Collection. I felt like I was like walking on a cloud. The thing I realized with the Clarks Artisan line is it runs a little big, so the one-half size smaller than my normal size fits very well.
