Reader Submissions

Shoe -n- Tell is committed to having a strong relationship with its readers. If you have a news item or a shoe-related story or picture that you’d like to send us, we’d love to hear from you! If we do use what you submit, we’ll also try give you a shout-out in the post. We also have our own Shoe -n- Tell Flickr group that you’re welcome to join.

If you’re interested in writing about your own shoe experiences or submitting reviews about shoes, then you might be want to become a Shoe Correspondent. Please understand that there are a limited number of open writing positions at any time; even if you’re very qualified, we may not be able to take you on as a writer.

We’d also be interested in hearing any suggestions or tips you might have for the website. Is there a feature that you think that other Shoe -n- Tell readers would like to see on the site? Let us know about it in the form below.

Manufacturers / Retail / Shoe Product Reps

For manufacturers, retail stores reps, book authors and other shoe product sellers who wish to send sample product for review: we are VERY receptive to this. (Seriously, who wouldn’t be?) Please contact us for more details.

Advertisers

Interested in engaging thousands of shoe-hungry eyes per month? Shoe -n- Tell is the destination of choice for many internet users looking for opinions, reviews and news about shoes. We have been contacted by everyone from major shoe manufacturers to small mom-and-pop stores about opportunities for advertising and product placement.

We have an fairly open and flexible program for advertisers. Right now the banner ads available include the top 468×60 graphic and the side 125×125 square graphics, and these spots are allotted on a per-month basis (as opposed to impression based). This is subject to change without warning. Because we have a custom relationship with every advertiser, we ask that you please contact us using the form below if you’re interested in placing an ad on the Shoe -n- Tell site. Serious inquiries only please.

In most cases, we are extremely appreciative of any publicity efforts. However, we do have a strict policy on the reproduction of articles and posts verbatim from the site. Unless express permission is given, we don’t allow the reprinting of any of the text and pictures from our site other than that which is allowed by the principles of Fair Use.
