I just ordered these Dr. Scholl’s Air-Pillo Double Insoles for women, the 6-pk of 1-pair packages from Amazon.com. Amazon.com is becoming the Costco of the Internet. I don’t know why I bought so many. I guess I thought it was easier than going to the drugstore and risking the unavailability of the type of Air-Pillo that I wanted to use in some new Doc Martens — a pair that I wanted to wear soon. These are supposedly twice the thickness and cushioning of single foam store brand insoles. In case you’re not familiar with these insoles, they fit women’s sizes 5-10. How can one size fit all? Well, straight out of the package, they come in the largest size. You cut the enclosed trim card to your size, then using the trim card as a guide, you trim the foam insoles with very sharp scissors, like Fiskars. Ingenius!
