I like this shoe because 1) its name sounds like mine and 2) from every angle, these Ellen Tracy ‘Eavan’ dressy slingbacks say “smart.” The ‘Eavan’ has a classy, smooth leather upper with stylish details, like the stitched seam on its tapered, pointy toe, and a strap across the instep with shiny, twin, dueling metal buckles. Elastic in the middle of the heel sling strap stretches while you walk, for a comfortable fit. A fine quality leather lines the insole, the outsole, and covers the 2-1/4 inch tapered heel. All these features add up to not only ’smart,’ but perhaps ‘genius.’ Wear these as you confidently step up the corporate ladder. Also comes in a toasty tan color. Perfect with your summer suits.
