Here’s yet another 70s influenced track style shoe to whet your running appetite. There’s a whole slew of bright, multi-colored retro shoes saturating the fashion airwaves lately, and these “Primo” track shoes from Ellesse are a great example. The little triangles on the bottom of the shoe are supposed to resemble those track spikes. I caught these in a feature in Lucky on “Retro Sneakers” which featured running shoes with bright colors and fabrics. They say you could maybe wear this with your tennis whites, but I think it’d be fun to wear them pretty much anywhere. They have it in a bunch of other color combos besides this Turquoise/Green example, including Pink/Red/White, Green/White/Black and “Chocolate/Sky”.
