Adventures in online shoe buying
Here is some correspondence between Endless.com and me regarding a delivery I should have received last Friday, August 17. Thanks to Endless.com for their prompt and courteous, excellent customer service. I also got a call from DHL today for clarification on my address so I must commend them for trying to resolve the problem, too.

Comments: Hi, I have not received this shipment yet. Please tell DHL that my address is ____ NORTH _________ Street, as indicated on my order. Please stress the NORTH direction. Sometimes delivery drivers confuse my address with ____ SOUTH ______ Street. Please tell DHL my nearest cross street is _______ Drive. Please ask DHL to leave the package at the door. I have also left a signed note on my door to that effect. This has happened before with a previous Endless/DHL shipment. Thank you. Sincerely, Yvonne

I am very sorry you have not yet gotten your package. I have contact DHL and they are going to make another delivery attempt on August 22. I have informed them that you were North and not South and of your request for them to leave package. The DHL representative wanted me to inform you to put the note on the door again so the driver will leave the package. Again, I am very sorry that your package has taken so long. Sorry, how random of me to just post that without describing the shoes. They were the Luichiny Women’s Dipti Skimmers and I love/hate them. I will try to write more about them soon.
