Wow. I think I have found the perfect ballet flats! I just got these Exchange by Charles David Accept Ballet Flats and I can’t say enough how much I love it! It’s got my favorite round toe, with a interwoven vamp that reminds me of 1920’s ladies shoes, and it comes in so many different colors.

The pair I got is the Bronze Metallic and it’s is such a nice color. I’ve stayed away from metallic shoes because they’re mostly too flashy for my taste, but these have just a nice subtle sheen that says sexy and sophisticated without screaming “80’s revival anyone?”. I also like how the shoes are not completely flats - the 1/2″ slender heel and padded footbed add a nice lady-like shape and wears comfortably. These are also very true to size - I was SO happy to find these in my usually-difficult-to-find size. I’d wear these with jeans, dresses, skirts - a very versatile style indeed!
