You know, after seeing little kids everywhere zipping around on their Heelys shoes, I’ve often thought that it might be fun to try it out. I think it comes from playing rollerhockey on the weekends. If you’ve been living in a cave and have never seen these skates / shoes, well, it’s basically a sneaker with a small wheel in the heel. You sorta rock your foot backwards on the heel to roll. Yep, rock ‘n roll haha…

Pictured is the Heelys Vapor Shoe with a classic looking shoe pattern in navy, white and grey. What I didn’t know is that they actually make these in Men’s sizes and styles. Not that I’ve ever seen a grown guy run around in them. I sure feel like it’d be easy to slip accidentally on the wheel and take a tumble. And I don’t have indestructible little kid bones anymore. But maybe one of these days I’ll give it a try.
