Wow. So we’d earlier reported on the Tron kicks put out by adidas. As usual with shoes, being the first to come out with a product does not automatically make you the best. The new Reebok “Glow” completely blows away the adidas one with their glow-in-the-dark circuit board look. Excuse me while I put them on and kick Sark’s ass.

There’s endless nicknames you could come up with here, but my fave is the Reebok-A-Tron. In the daylight, the shoes are rather passe - looks almost like the Reeboks that I had in high school. I’ve heard that it was created for people of the “rave”-mindset, so the glowing patterns would probably have more of a chance to shine with that after-dark crowd. Hey you parents - maybe you might think about getting these for your kids as well, at least until they start getting sucked bodily into video games like in the movie. Not that would be much of a difference considering how glued to the gameboy they already are.
